1. A guest screen has the information required for the individual and company guest making a reservation.
2. The guest screen includes a home view lookup on Google Maps that may be used to verify guests home or business data.
3. The reservations screen (not included in any accounting program) assigns the room to the guest in the reservation screen.
4. The reservation screen tracks the room and other costs for the guest for this reservation.
5. The reservation billing data is collected in the room reservation screen, and an invoice is produced with the running room totals. This invoice may be printed at any time during the guest stay. (computer)
6. The reservation screen includes a link to the reservations calendar. The calendar is used to assign pending reservations for guests arriving and data for the departing time and date. The calendar may be used from the iPad to review or assign reservations.
7. Each computer screen has a table (report) of all records for that screen and where report information is available it is shown in the table. (computer)
8.The room setup screen tracks the individual room status for determining if the room is ready for a guest.
9. The billing screen uses the reservation cost portal to display individual costs for detail review.
10. Comment fields are available on each screen to track requirements and guest issues.
11. The expense screen is a feature that is not included in most of the B&B management programs. This screen tracks all purchases and billings for the support of the business. These screens include a detail cost report. (report Computer)

13. The calendar has a direct input, and the program data is synced when you return to your business using the iPad and free companion app.
