The Grosvenor Billinghurst Property Services group was founded in 1991 when Robert Gascoigne-Pees established his surveying and commercial property business in Surbiton. He was then joined in 2002 by Ian Davies, following which the business has expanded to embrace a number of residential estate agency branches and further property related activities.

Although Robert’s family once owned the Gascoigne-Pees estate agency business that still bears his family name, this was sold into corporate ownership in the 1980’s and has no connection at all with Grosvenor? Billinghurst.
