What It Is

The Streamline Practice Review of Systems (ROS)/ Social History Updater/Family History Updater is an essential patient screening tool for physicians that satisfies Medicare guidelines for complete ROS and updated social and family history. This iPad app has been designed by doctors for doctors in order to: practice better medicine, increase office efficiency through reduction of paper and satisfy requirements for complete ROS. This app comes in 2 versions an English only and a bi-lingual English/Spanish. The bi-lingual version allows patients to choose the language they prefer with the report delivered to the Physician in English.

How It Works

This easy to use app has been used by thousands of patients to fill out themselves in the waiting room with simple touch screen yes or no answers. Even elderly patients unfamiliar with computers find it easy and fun to use. It allows doctors to utilize patients time in the waiting room productively. Once the patient enters all of the data, the iPad is handed to the nurse who then enters a password to retrieve the results. The results can be exported to the desktop as a PDF, Text document or through secure email via iTunes. The file can then be exported to the Electronic Health Record system or printed and stored into a patient's file. Once the file has been exported it is automatically deleted from the device.

The app produces a categorized report for the Physician that prioritizes all positive and relevant responses at the top of the page for quick review.
