Before I did my development, I was trying to find a very very easy way to do composing on ipad, I wanted it could work intuitively and naturally, just like writing on tranditional staff paper… for this reason, I developed this app and I'm the first client to it. If you're also looking for an app like this, I think you can have a try on this app!
