Or maybe you don’t like waking up with a jolt to the sound of your alarm every morning - Rise and Shine HD can fade sound up over time to create a more peaceful start to the day. Choose from the built in sounds (including many ambient sounds) or create a playlist from your iPod tracks.

Remote Control - control this application using Rise & Shine Link for your iPhone or iPod touch (bluetooth required) - Set alarm, turn on torch, cancel and snooze all from a distance.

Please note the backlight will stay on when using the light feature of the application.

For best results make sure your brightness in settings is set to maximum.

Backlight is now set to minimum when alarm is running to save battery and reduce ambient glow. If you exit the application when the alarm is running by pressing the home button it will stay at the current brightness.

To reset to your default brightness just press the power button twice.
