Example of Use:
When you run this application for first time, please fill all your information, medical condition, emergency contact information, insurance details accurately and save the details. Once done, you can see the main home screen with key tabs:

Email Details - will send email with complete snapshot of information you provided in the app along with reports to your emergency contact, physician/doctor/nurse/medical personal whoever require your information so that they can treat/diagnose you better.

View Med Report – will help you/anyone you want to show your information on your iPhone itself. So that all your information remains to yourself.

Emergency Contact – will automatically call your first emergency contact person (as per the information provided by you while filling the details)

Emergency Contact – will automatically call your second emergency contact person (as per the information provided by you while filling the details)

Emergency Contact – will automatically call your first Physician contact person (as per the information provided by you while filling the details)

Edit Med Report – can edit/update your medical information, personal details or anything as you move on in your life. Keep updating the app.

Upload Med Reports – can upload your medical reports snapshots, medical prescription if any and other medical, insurance, health reports in digital format.
