Developed by Boulder-based company In The Telling and the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder, this introductory sample is part of the growing Leeds Case Library for Sustainable Business.

The case profiles Namaste Solar, a Colorado-based solar installer trying to reconcile their groundbreaking ownership model and company values with their tremendous growth potential. The case was written by students and faculty from three of the Leeds School of Business Centers of Excellence: The Deming Center for Entrepreneurship, Center for Education on Social Responsibility (CESR), and the Real Estate Center.
