Introducing The Deponent App from Majority Opinion LLC for the iPad.

The Deponent App is a deposition question and exhibit outline application for lawyers. Attorneys can select over 150 deposition questions by Categories, including Admonitions or Expert Qualifications; organize the order of questions; and customize the questions for their witnesses. Each question can also be linked to an Exhibit. Attorneys can also create their own Categories and Questions.

Exhibits can be loaded into The Deponent App from iTunes and Dropbox in PDF, MS Word and other file formats.

The Deponent App Dropbox feature has been enhanced to create a folder named Deponent within the Dropbox folder instead of the public folder within Dropbox.
