One of the police officers moved quick—so quick that he was nothing but a blur—and he attacked with a sword.

Seonwoo Kim raised her steel vambrace, and the sword just scratched the steel surface, unable to slash through!

Hermes said in surprise.

It meant that the police officers of the Cliffside Yard were aware of the Five Pillars of Powers and were even able to use them very well!

Leon smiled.

Meanwhile, most of the viewers back home were confused, as they weren’t aware of the Five Pillars of Power.

The police officer shifted the sword stance and then thrust it forward with precision, going for the kill.

Once again, Seonwoo Kim moved her forearm-protecting vambrace to block the strike, but this time around, the sword just stabbed through the steel and pierced her skin.

Seonwoo Kim lifted her eyebrow.

"I GOT YOU!"

The police officer grinned, and he then swung the sword down and separated Seonwoo Kim’s arm from the rest of her body.

The arm fell to the ground with a sickening thud, and the blood gushed out in all directions.

"And now he used Maxima."

Rook said.

"With Maxima, you can effortlessly cut through any armor. Armor is completely useless against Maxima users."

Raizen said.

"You have one more chance to surrender, and then we’ll get you a Medical Master that can restore your missing arm. Otherwise, your life will end here."

The police officer said.

"My missing arm? Are you sure about that?"

She said, and then laughed, but that laugh sounded horrible, like a troll laughing, and it hurt everybody’s ears.

"What the hell?!"

The police officers were shocked.

"...I am envious of that Innate Skill of hers—Forever Regeneration."

Xiao Yue said.

She was an incredibly beautiful young woman with long blue hair, and whenever she appeared on the camera, the chat became all about her.

The viewers couldn’t help but immediately direct their gazes at her whenever she graced the screen.

She was well aware of Seonwoo Kim’s Innate Skill "Forever Regeneration," and honestly, she was very jealous of that ability.

It was one of the reasons why Seonwoo Kim was called the "Unkillable Monster" by the other players in the game.

The arm dropped to the ground, still holding the sword.

The police officer fearfully turned to look at his right arm, and then he started screaming in agony as blood gushed out of the stump.

He dropped to his knees, trembling in pain, and every viewer genuinely thought that he was in actual pain.

Players never acted like this, but since he was local, he actually felt all the "pain" of the loss of his arm.

The local actually felt pain.

The police officers pointed their weapons at the monstrous-looking woman and then coated their weapons with Maxima.

She was happy that Seonwoo was on their side, so she didn’t have to face her worst fear, as she doubted that she could handle it.

With a level 7 intimidation skill, the fear would feel very, very real. It was no surprise that the police officers couldn’t do anything.

Seonwoo Kim looked over to him and shyly nodded, blushing slightly after receiving praise from him.

In that moment, Leon sensed something, and he smiled and walked towards the window and saw more police officers running towards the hotel.

And with them, the mayor of Cliffside Yard walked over. He seemed angry and kept yelling at the officers.

"CAPTURE THEM ALREADY!"

"THESE SCOUNDRELS CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED!"

"You really pissed him off, Rasmus."

Leon said with a chuckle.

"He is an asshole. So, who will take care of them?"

Rasmus asked.

"...I’ll do it."

Leon smiled, and others looked at him briefly—they were quite surprised, actually—as he didn’t fight that often.

Whenever he did, sure, he was amazing and all that, but he mostly kept to himself and avoided confrontation.

That’s only when it came to fighting players and locals. In the boss raids, he, of course, always did his part perfectly.

"...Why?"

Raizen asked curiously.

It was strange that Leon was now going to fight all those police officers and even the mayor since he would usually let others do that.

"I want to—simple as that."

Leon walked downstairs, and the floating camera followed right behind him, and Seonwoo Kim whispered, "Good luck," as she made her way back upstairs.

Fang Raizen, with his arms crossed, looked at the floating camera, and he just rolled his eyes.

’Is he trying to show off to his viewers?’

During these years with Dead Redemption, he had learned one thing about Leon, and that was he always wanted to be in the spotlight.

He was a guy that was desperate for attention, and he always wanted for everyone to know how amazing he was.

’Seonwoo must’ve impressed his chat so much that his ego got bruised enough to force him to fight now.’

Raizen thought with a scoff.

While Leon was the type of guy that he hated, he couldn’t help but admire his skill and strength in a fight.

Leon was his ultimate goal. A man that he wanted to defeat. But he knew that he was still far from being ready to face him.

At that moment.

Leon stepped out of the door and came face-to-face with several dozen police officers, who were pointing their interesting-looking pointy weapons at him.

"These weapons are called Pointers, aren’t they? Basically spears, but with shorter shafts for more close-range combat situations."

Leon said with a smile.

It wasn’t his first time seeing these weapons, and it looked like it was the main weapon of the Cliffside Yard.

Some of the police officers killed by Seonwoo Kim also used them, but most of them were still in the possession of swords also.

The mayor said with a grave expression.

"I am curious. If we do surrender, how long will we be in jail for?"

Leon asked curiously.

They had already killed the officers behind them, so he was quite curious how long they would be in jail for.

The mayor screamed.

He shouted.

The police officers frowned, insulted by his words, as, in their minds, they were as real as the player in front of them!

"You’re all already dead."

Leon smiled, and he put his hand away from the sword hilt, and the police officers looked confused.

But then...

Their throats were slit open, and it started gushing with blood, staining their uniforms as they fell to the ground.

"Hmph!"

The mayor placed his hand in front of his throat, and out of nowhere, his fingers were sliced off his hand.

However, his throat was fine, but that was small happiness, as his fingers were long gone now.

"Oh, you managed to sense that? Your Read is pretty high-level."

Leon said with a smile.

"...You monster."

The mayor said with a cold sweat dripping down his face.
